Hi, my name is Frances Layones. I'm the woman behind FL Virtual Solutions offering Virtual Assistance services. I'm a Business Management graduate. I worked as an Administrative Officer in a family-owned pizza restaurant wherein I acquired my skills in administrative functions, data entry, people and time management, and basic Social Media Management. I also worked with several businesses like in Real Estate and Leasing as Building Administrator, a batching plant as an HR assistant, and Mc Cafe as Barista.
My 12 years of employment experience was basically in an actual office setup. I juggle between an 8-hour daily work and being a mom of two adorable kids that is why I'm transitioning into a work-from-home set-up.
I understand that life is continuous learning and a lifetime process that is why I decided to enroll in Filipino Virtual Assistance to be able to develop my skills as a Freelancer. Adopting a new norm and technology paved the way for me to nurture my knowledge and skills. This is where FL Virtual Solutions was formed and became equipped with the right tools and applications in freelancing specializing in virtual assistance services, branding setup, social media management, simple web creation, and optimization.
